Background:
ADEAS-Q lead a team of professionals to transform the existing signalized
intersection at Main Street & Orange Avenue into a modern roundabout. This
intersection helped delineate the intersection as the gateway into the
City’s historic district while also serving as an effective traffic calming
tool. Significant investments toward quality construction materials and high
quality design standards were made by the City on this project.
Project consisted of preparing 100% Construction Plan documents. Elements
included plan and profile views, utility/ROW surveys and soft dig verification,
drainage plans, electrical plans, signage and pavement marking plans, landscape
plans, maintenance of traffic plans, preparation of bid documentation and quantities,
and construction cost estimates. Project coordination with the selected contractor
during construction was also provided.
