Background:
ADEAS-Q has been working with the recently adopted Complete Streets
Policy intended to guide City improvements. This initiative evaluates complete
street improvements that may be implemented through the roadway resurfacing
program for locations previously identified in the City’s Capital Improvement
Program. These enhancements are then considered for inclusion into a previously
committed maintenance project. In return, this effort helps integrate
multi-modal transportation and enables the community’s desire for a more livable
and walkable environment.
