Background:
Dr. Collins provided the traffic engineering services through the development
approval process for the Metro Marquee redevelopment project in Bradenton,
Florida through an extensive Traffic Impact Analysis. Roadway and operational
improvements for the external roadway network affected by the development of
Metro Marquee were evaluated. Items of significance included the roadway
realignment and traffic operations at intersections on Manatee Boulevard West
and intersections on US 41.
