Traffic Impact Analysis

Background:

ADEAS-Q completed a Traffic Impact Analysis for the Del Tierra residential project located on the west side of Rye Road north of SR 64 in Manatee County, Florida. This report has been prepared in accordance with the “Traffic Impact Analysis Requirements and Procedures” dated November 2012 by the Manatee County Transportation Planning Division.

The one phase development program for the rezone consists of 612 single family homes with a proposed build out year of 2019. Since the build out date of the project was beyond the typical three-year CLOS certificate, the project was accompanied by a Local Development Agreement (LDA) with Manatee County.
