School Board of Sarasota County, Florida
Background:
Dr. Collins managed this effort to determine the daily traffic patterns
around the Booker High School campus and surrounding neighborhood.
Data Collection efforts were mobilized and performed at 14 locations
prior to the start of the school year in the summer and while school was
in session.
Existing roadway conditions were inventoried for traffic volume, traffic
signal operations and intersection geometries.
